It was incredible getting to host Dr. Sandra Morgan from the Global Center for Women and Justice on our campus on January 12-13, 2023.

Dr. Morgan joined us in sharing about education in preventing human trafficking. We learned that human trafficking is not just an issue happening in other countries, but it’s happening right here in our own communities.

The Global Center for Women and Justice and SAGU AIC will be partnering in the near future on this related topic. We are excited to announce that we will even be hosting an anti-trafficking conference that will be focused on Tribal Nations in Arizona!

Dr. Morgan also co-authored a new book called Ending Human Trafficking: A Handbook of Strategies for the Church Today. You can even stop by our library and read the book!
