Both the Bachelor of Arts and Associate of Arts degree programs support the primary purpose of American Indian College to prepare Native Americans to become effective Christian leaders.

GENERAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Each student, regardless of his/her program of studies, is required to include courses in General Education. The purpose is to encourage students to acquire a broad and well-rounded education. General Education courses comprise approximately one-third or more of a student's program of studies.

COMPUTER COMPETENCE

In all academic programs, computer knowledge will be required. Students will be able to understand and operate a computer. Along with learning the Internet, students will be introduced to fundamental word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs. Students will satisfy this requirement by completing BUS 163, Introduction to Computer and Basic Data Processing.
