Graduation Information
Our 2024 SAGU AIC Graduation to be held in the Clyde Henson (Warrior) Chapel on Saturday April 27, 2024 at 2:00 PM.Graduates, here is information you need to be aware of:
- We are planning a graduation rehearsal on Friday April 26, 2023 at 2:00 PM in the Clyde Henson (Warrior) Chapel. We are asking all our graduation candidates to attend. Please be prompt! There will be a celebratory meal after practice that you don’t want to miss.
- Participation in commencement exercises is contingent upon a “good faith” expectation that you are going to successfully complete your degree plan per the University’s requirements. Thus, receipt of this notice is not a guarantee that you are graduating, just that you are on the list of people who have already completed their studies or are scheduled to finish this semester. If you have any questions about your status, please contact the office of the Director of Student and Institutional Services, Ms. Crystal Baptiste at [email protected].
- Although we will distribute diploma covers with a notice explaining that diplomas will be mailed, actual degrees will be mailed out once the University has certified that all graduation requirements have been met. Please ensure that the University has your correct mailing address. Diplomas will be mailed from the Waxahachie, Texas campus of SAGU.
- All graduation candidates are required to wear the appropriate graduation regalia which you should have already ordered through the bookstore at SAGU. In order to obtain your regalia, please do the following:
- Go to www.sagustore.com
- Go to the graduation tab
- Click on Cap & Gown
- Choose the Associate/Bachelor Regalia Package which is $51.99, click on the link and follow the prompts.
