Application Form

Complete the “Application for Admission”. Mail it to the Admissions Office in the enclosed self-addressed envelope. There is NO FEE to apply to American Indian College. (please only use Blue, Red or Black ink pens only – no pencils) Download Application Form at the bottom of the page.

Pastor’s Reference Form

Request your pastor or youth pastor to complete and submit the attached Pastor’s Reference Form. A Pastor’s Reference Form completed by family members will not be accepted. Have another pastor complete the form. Download Pastor's Reference Form at the bottom of the page.

Transcripts

Request your high school to forward your final official transcript to the Admissions Office. Make sure that test scores and class rank are included. Applicants who have completed the General Education Development Exam (GED) must forward an official copy of their scores to the Admissions Office. Transfer Students

Official transcripts of all college-level work must be submitted as soon as possible to the Admissions Office. Financial Aid Transcripts from any training program, college, technical school and/or other school previously attended beyond high school must be forwarded to the Financial Aid Office. If the last college you attended was a Christian college, request the Dean of Students to complete and return the Transfer Student Recommendation Form. Student Standard of Conduct

A signed statement of Christian student responsibilities. Download the Student Standard of Conduct at the bottom of the page.

All documents should be in the Admissions Office four weeks before classes begin. Your application can only be processed by the Admissions Committee when a completed file is received containing the 5 above listed items. Once your completed application is received, your application will be processed by the Admissions Committee. If you have any questions about your application, please contact our offices.
